Story Behind Koshan Name
Koshan was the name of the official government issued property registration document, known today as the title deed, commonly used in Palestine dating back to the Ottoman era signifying official property ownership rights. While property and land ownership always comes with a sentimental value, we found that the word Koshan holds great sentiment and a historical meaning that we would like to embody in both the way we do business based on value, history and authenticity.
